General Terms & Conditions

The Solar Promoter places one or more Solar-X UK-Links on his/her webpages (URLs). It is in general allowed to insert/add commercial content to these links as long as they are in line with our Roof Xchange. The link is to be placed on the main page of the individual web-presence.D

After having clicked on the Roof Xchange link the potential investor/lessor will be directed to the Roof Xchange. Since each link has its 'own' ID attached to it the Roof Xchange will automatically sign-up the Solar Promoter in our system once the individual visitor registers as a Lessor or Investor. Subsequently, we will direct the specific inquiry to the assigned Solar Premium Partner. Once the placement happened you, as the Solar Promoter, will receive your commission fee of 10 pounds/kWp from the Roof Xchange.

The Solar Promoter will receive a mail as soon as a new Lessor or Investor registers via its link. This mail will only provide technical information, no personal contact details. The Solar Promoter will be advised to invoice its specific commission fee once a placement has happened and the Investor has payed the placement fee to the Roof Xchange. After having received the invoice the Roof Xchange will pay the Solar Promoter within 2 weeks.

Once the commission fee has been paid the Solar Promoter will, under no cirumstances, be advised to repay its commission fee.

The Solar Promoter is not allowed to work for or actively participate in any other roof exchange while this contract is valid.

Both parties are able to terminate the contract in written form at any time. The Solar Promoter will have to delete every link etc. as soon as the contract has been terminated. A claim on already registered and specifically ID'ed roofs will remain for a period of 12 months.
